Meet Coach Santiago! Soccer has been a big part of his life for as long as he can remember. He grew up playing the game and eventually transitioned into coaching, where he’s had the opportunity to work with players at different levels and ages. He’s played, coached, and refereed soccer, so he’s experienced the game from just about every angle.
His goal is to help players become better and more confident on the field. He wants athletes to develop their skills, understand the game better, and feel comfortable making mistakes, learning from them, and taking risks on the field. He also wants to help athletes learn things that go beyond soccer, such as discipline, teamwork, accountability, and how to handle both success and failure.
Outside of soccer, he enjoys traveling, learning about different cultures and history, spending time with family and friends, and working on my different business projects. He also enjoys creative writing and Journaling.
